Therapeutic Arts & Creative Wellness

The Artful Way to Wellness:

A monthly non-clinical creative wellness group for adults (18+) offered in partnership with the Orillia Public Library. Each session explores how art can be used as a tool for reflection, self-expression, connection, and emotional well-being through process-focused creative invitations in a supportive community environment.

Therapeutic RPG Group:

A four-session tabletop roleplaying adventure led by an educator and an art therapist. This is for ages 10 - 12 years, and in small groups of four. Each session includes artmaking

Create & Regulate:

A one-hour drop-in class for children led by an art therapist and an educator. Each session pairs bite-sized lessons on the brain, body, emotions, or behaviour with hands-on artmaking and group sharing. A fun way to learn and express yourself!

Wellness Studio:

Small-group therapeutic arts workshops exploring creativity, self-expression, reflection, and emotional wellness through thoughtfully guided art invitations in a supportive studio environment.

Each session explores a unique theme using materials such as watercolor, collage, mixed media, clay, mark-making, and more.

No artistic experience is required.
