The Artful Way to Wellness

Join Therapeutic Arts Practitioners Lindsey and Molli for a welcoming monthly creative wellness group exploring how art can be used as a meaningful tool for reflection, self-expression, emotional processing, and overall well-being.

Each session offers a new guided therapeutic art invitation designed to encourage creativity, curiosity, and personal exploration in a supportive and low-pressure environment. Participants may work with materials such as watercolor, acrylic paint, collage, mixed media, mark-making tools, and more.

No artistic experience or “talent” is needed to participate, just an open mind and a willingness to explore through the creative process.

What to Expect

  • A calm and supportive community environment

  • Guided but flexible creative invitations

  • Opportunities for self-expression and reflection

  • Process-focused art-making with no pressure for a final outcome
